1. Permanent Jewelry SALES ARE FINAL and NON REFUNDABLE

Due to the customizable nature of permanent jewelry, once the chain is cut, the customer is responsible for payment. We double check with you prior to cutting the chain to ensure your satisfaction.

2. What if my Permanent piece breaks?

• If your piece breaks at the WELD SITE within 30 days of purchase, MDH will re-weld for free.
• If your piece breaks at the weld site AFTER 30 days from purchase, customer will be charged a $5 re-welding fee.
• If your piece breaks at the chain, customer will be charged per inch of new chain used to fix piece. (Fee will be different depending on metal used.)

3. I just bought my permanent jewelry piece and I lost it / it broke.

MDH is not responsible for any broken jewelry including clasps, pulled or broken chains. You are more than welcome to schedule another appointment to replace your permanent jewelry for full price of a new piece.

4. Do you offer non-permanent jewelry options for your permanent jewelry chains?

Absolutely. We are stocked with clasps and can add them on to your piece at no extra charge. Price remains the same as a regular permanent jewelry option.
